How much for a Tour Guide in thailand?
Hi
just in chatting with a friend of mine she is in Pataya and Rayong area
she says she gets 40 000 baht per month as a tour guide She was in Malaysia the last month and with a party of 11 – 15 people so does a lot of travelling and she can speak 3 languages to a certain extent
I think that is a lot of money for a tour guide Any ideas if this is right or not
She is not a bar girl or anything like that Just thinking a lot of money for a month
Let me know what you think or estimate how much a good tour guide can earn
I may do that myself

Think tips! – Tour guides often get tips from customers – I think these bus tours especially, everyone chips in – if they make the service personal, telling something abt their family etc – they probably get more – - you can ask her abt this.
