    Coming from a guy – I was engaged to be married five years ago, everything was great up until that point. It went downhill right after getting engaged. We ended up breaking up and it was a terrible one. Now I realize this is meant for girls, but from a male’s perspective, the best thing is stay single for a while. In fact what I did was went into seclusion for about a year, taking that time to learn a lot about myself. It was the best thing I ever did; by the end of it, I was a new person.

  7. I think doing yoga everyday & reading books are very good ideas. Wish I had listened to your video during my awful breakup! =)

  8. this video is amazing!! it helped me so much and gave me my confidence back. LADIES: stop thinking its was something you did to make him lose feelings for you. He broke up with you cause he was too immature to handle how incredable you really are. end of story.

    It’s day 3 now, and I watched a sappy love movie yesterday and it was terrible, wish i found this before then.

I broke up with my ex a little while ago and one of many things i can say is that, if he/she doesnt stick with you in all the hurdles in life/your relationship (when you are at ur worst) then he/she doesnt deserve you when you are at ur best! ((Oh and this does not include people who cheat…..then u definitely deserve he/she breaking up with u)
    I was at my worst and she was never there, NOW i have my own business, keeping fit and enjoying life. This goes for both genders believe in urself!

    its ok my breakup was like 30min. ago but i look at it as his loss i did what i had to do to make it work i dont fell i could have done anymore than what i did!!!! school is all thats on my mind screw a man !!!!
